Refund Policy

Eligible returns

You may request a return for an eligible item within 30 days from the date tracking shows it was delivered. A change of mind is permitted; you do not need to identify a product defect. To help us process the return, the item should be in the condition reasonably expected for inspection, with included parts and original packaging when available.

Requesting authorization

Email Support@tower28favorites.shop or call 401-212-5105 before returning an item. Include the order number, item, and requested outcome. After confirming eligibility, we will send return instructions and a free prepaid return label. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or misrouted.

Who pays return postage

We pay eligible return shipping and provide the prepaid label for both change-of-mind returns and returns involving damage, defect, an incorrect item, or missing contents. No restocking fee is charged. Please use the supplied label; unauthorized postage or expedited shipping purchased independently is not reimbursed unless we agreed to it in writing.

If something arrives wrong

Inspect your delivery promptly. For an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us with the order number and a description or photo when reasonably available. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, exchange, or refund, and we will pay the return shipping. The exclusions below do not reduce your rights for these order problems.

Changing an eligible item

Exchanges are supported for eligible items, subject to stock availability. Contact us within the 30-day period. We will provide a prepaid label and confirm whether a direct exchange is available. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund to the original payment method instead.

Non-returnable categories

Ordinary change-of-mind returns are not available for customized products, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, or opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods. These limits do not remove remedies required by law for goods that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Original-payment refunds

After the return is received, we inspect it and notify you of approval or any issue. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Once issued, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days, although the bank or card issuer controls final posting time. Original charges are refunded as required by this policy and applicable law.

Before and after dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order ships. Contact us as soon as possible; we will cancel and reverse or refund the payment if fulfillment has not been completed. Once the order has shipped, it must be handled under the return process above.
